                                <h5>3. User Accounts & Access</h5>

                                    <li>Users must not use the LMS to store or process illegal or unethical content.

                                    <li>SmartSikshya ensures reasonable uptime but does not guarantee continuous,

                                <h5>8. Online Coding Learning Program Usage</h5>

                                    <li>Our Online Coding Learning Program offers coding courses, including beginner to

                                    <li>Users must not misuse the coding program for illegal or unethical purposes.</li>
                                    <li>SmartSikshya provides access to the coding courses for the duration of the
                                        subscription, but does not guarantee course completion or certification unless
